Cancellation Policy
-At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service.
-No shows will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
-Any alterations made to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the original scheduled service .
-If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need be rescheduled. In this case you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
-If you are unhappy with your hair please notify Taylor Lynne Beauty within 48 hours of your appointment and we will gladly make it right! Notice after 48 hours will not be considered a redo.
